Santa is ready to feel the beat!

THE BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION IS ASKING YOU TO DON THE SANTA SUIT, PULL ON THE TRAINERS AND GET RUNNING AND RAISING FOR THEM THIS DECEMBER!

The Hayling SANTA JOG (or Stroll!) – on Sunday19th December, is a fun, festive and down right Santastic event aimed to get joggers (and strollers!) into the Christmas spirit.

Participants can walk, jog or run the Hayling Island Beach whilst dressed in the Free Santa suit or Santa Hat the BHF will provide you with! 
Registration is from 11.30 AM at the Ferry Boat Inn.  The event will start at 12.00 and will finish at the Lifeboat Inn on Eastoke Corner.  The route is approximately 5km and there is a shorter route for the children starting at the Hayling Fair (in carpark behind the Visitor Centre).

There is a nominal £5 registration fee payable for adults, children under 16 go free, and whilst sponsorship is not compulsory we do ask you to make a real fundraising effort at a time where many families won’t be having such a Happy Christmas.  Participants will be provided sponsorship forms at the point of registration.  Please help the British Heart Foundation to fund life-saving research and support for heart disease sufferers in the UK by pledging your support to this fun, festive event.

WHY NOT ASK FOR SPONSORSHIP FOR THE EVENT INSTEAD OF THAT CHRISTMAS PRESENT YOU ALWAYS GET THAT NEVER GETS USED?

We encourage you to get a team of friends, family or colleagues together, don your Santa Suits and give the best gift of all this Christmas – the gift of life.
By taking part in the Hayling Island Santa Jog and raising sponsorship for your efforts you will be doing more than just giving money to the British Heart Foundation - you’ll be saving lives, as together we can beat heart disease.
